The development includes the school itself, which is to be constructed to Passivhaus standards, and accommodation spread over nine blocks. With limited space available for sports pitches on the school site the main sports facilities are to be contained within a basement with sports pitches being located on the roofs.
NET Phase Two is a multi-million pound project to extend Nottingham’s tram service to the south and south west of the city to Chilwell via the QMC and Beeston and Clifton via Wilford. Opening at the end of 2014, with 17.5km of new track and 28 new tram stops it will more than double the size of the tram network. Our commission was to prepare a full Bill of Quantities.

The Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre (DARTeC) is being built at Cranfield University and will spearhead the UK’s research into digital aviation technology. The project comprised the research centre and an adjacent canopy structure large enough to house a passenger aircraft with a permanent gangplank providing access to the aircraft direct from the building.
The building houses the Charles Wells microbrewery and visitor centre. In addition, the project includes bar and dining facilities in close proximity of the brewery manufacturing process.
Phase 3 of this residential riverside development comprises 171 new homes, extensive external works along the riverside including around the recently refurbished historic Blue Boar Crane on the dockside with a new public park and arts space.
